Join our team and manage Human Resources functions at the clinic level. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions such as day-to-day HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and they will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Compensation: Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Payroll
- Manage onboarding processes
- Manage the completion of required training and certifications.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with healthcare and other benefits programs
- Process benefit enrollments and changes
- Assist with Performance Management Processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Facilitate or organize training sessions
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Handle employee data with confidentiality
- Generate HR reports as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Physical Demands:
- Required to sit for long periods
- Must be able to communicate with or without reasonable accommodations – speak and hear
- Able to use both hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
