Full-Time | $60,000–$80,000/year + 30% Quarterly Bonus Potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Work Environment: Hybrid (90% Remote / 10% On-Site)

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by building relationships with referral sources, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing awareness of the services offered by Advanced Spine and Pain Centers.
This role is ideal for a motivated relationship-builder who enjoys networking, identifying new opportunities, and helping connect patients with quality healthcare services. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to support marketing initiatives, referral development, and community engagement efforts across your assigned territory.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Community Outreach
- Increase patient volume through networking, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building within the community
- Research prospective referral sources in targeted markets and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and referral partners within assigned territories
- Promote company services to patient referral sources and community stakeholders
- Represent the company professionally and ensure services are portrayed positively within the community
- Understand target markets, industries, company contacts, and referral strategies to support business growth
- Maintain marketing event calendars and coordinate staff participation for events
- Gather consumer feedback and maintain records to evaluate marketing plan performance and recommend adjustments
- Communicate customer and client feedback to leadership in a clear and actionable format
- Support marketing campaigns, communications efforts, and outreach initiatives
- Provide weekly reports on goals achieved, targets met, and upcoming plans
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to support ongoing business development efforts
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field required
- At least one (1) year of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, customer service, fundraising, or a related field required
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in marketing project management, communications, marketing campaign development, and/or event planning preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of public relations and fundraising principles and strategies
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
