Business Development Associate
Summary:
Responsible for helping grow our local business by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing, and maintaining relationships with potential referral sources.
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8am- 5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Increases patient volume for the company with planning, management, and execution of campaigns through networking and marketing, and building relationships with key groups and leaders within the community to generate new patients.
Researches prospective referral sources in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
Understands the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract referrals. Promote services offered by the company to all patient sources.
Maintains relationships with current community providers and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
Represents the company in a professional manner and ensure the company and its products/services are portrayed in a positive light. This also includes appearance in uniform and personal hygiene.
Keeps records and gather other consumer feedback so the marketing plan's performance can be reviewed, and adjustments can be made as needed.
Handles customer or client feedback to the company's management team, presenting consumer information in an easy-to-understand format so that strategies can be made to improve the company's reach to the public.
Reports weekly to relay targets and goals met as well as discuss future plans.
Maintains marketing event calendars and working closely with staff to implement on-event staff participation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field required.
At least one year experience in healthcare business development or community relations, customer service, fundraising, or similar field
Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
Experience in marketing project management, communications and/or marketing campaign development, and event planning preferred.

Physical Demands:
Required to stand and/or walk for long periods.
Must be able to communicate with or without reasonable accommodations – speak and hear.
Able to use both hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
