As a Registered Nurse, you’ll support surgical and clinical care from pre-op through discharge. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure smooth, therapeutic workflows and deliver thoughtful, high-quality care in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Leadership
- Provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge using the nursing process
- Oversee support staff and maintain accountability for assigned care
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress
- Follow nursing standards and facility policies
- Identify and report abnormal findings
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation
- Conduct assessments and monitor vitals
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Stay current through ongoing education and training
- Support continuous improvement for patients and team
- Associate’s degree in nursing (required); BSN preferred
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year OR or PACU experience
- CPAN certification preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs; push up to 300 lbs; adequate vision/hearing
