Medical Receptionist 
Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM | $20/hour

Make a Difference at the Front Desk
Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient pain management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, staying organized, and being part of a team that delivers compassionate, high-quality care.

You'll help keep the patient experience running smoothly from arrival through checkout while providing dependable administrative and clinical support.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Greet patients and manage check-in, check-out, and registration.
  • Schedule appointments and respond to incoming calls.
  • Collect co-pays, deposits, and required documentation.
  • Obtain and organize insurance information and new-patient paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
  • Assist with patient flow and prepare exam rooms as needed.
  • Document patient histories, vital signs, and test results as directed.
  • Handle medical records and patient information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Keep the front office and clinical areas organized and professional.
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, facility, and company procedures.
  • Complete required training and assist with additional office needs as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a medical clinic and/or patient scheduling experience.
  • Medical billing experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or physician office.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, office procedures, and electronic medical records.
