You’ll support interventional pain procedures, manage patient flow, and help ensure a smooth clinic experience. What You’ll Do
Clinical Support
- Prepare injections and solutions for pain management procedures
- Clean, prepare, and sterilize instruments and surgical equipment
- Follow physician orders, protocols, and safety procedures precisely
Patient Care & Coordination
- Collect patient data including vital signs and medical history
- Coordinate information between patients, physicians, and staff
- Check patients in and out with professionalism and efficiency
Administrative Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and filing reports
- Manage pre-authorizations and maintain accurate, organized charts
- Assist in coordinating physician schedules and appointments

Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with EMR systems required
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
- Background in pain management preferred
