Now, we’re hiring a Contact Center Representative I to help us connect patients with expert care, while optimizing the patient experience from the very first call.

The Opportunity
This is more than a typical scheduling role. You’ll be the first voice patients hear—making an impression that shapes their journey toward relief. You'll handle inbound calls, follow up on patient leads, and support marketing efforts by tracking outreach success. Every conversation is a chance to educate, reassure, and schedule patients into our affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers.

These are not cold calls—you’ll speak with individuals who’ve already expressed interest in care and are ready for guidance.

What You’ll Do:

Patient Scheduling & Communication
  • Respond to inbound calls and assess patient needs
  • Schedule new patients and send appropriate pre-appointment materials
  • Cancel, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed
  • Answer questions about treatment options with professionalism and empathy
Outreach & Marketing Support
  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients who’ve requested information
  • Track lead performance and marketing initiative effectiveness
  • Contribute ideas to optimize engagement strategies
Service & Operations
  • Provide excellent, timely customer service
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use required
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions required
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or patient-facing role preferred
  • Prior work in a healthcare facility preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems preferred
  • Sit for long periods while using a computer and phone
  • Speak and hear clearly (with or without reasonable accommodations)
  • Frequently lift up to 10 lbs; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Vision: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
