What You'll Do As a Healthcare Business Development Associate, you'll help expand patient access by developing referral relationships, supporting outreach initiatives, and representing IPI throughout the community.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities within assigned markets.
Represent IPI at networking events, community functions, and outreach activities.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and business development efforts.
Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars.
Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts.
Track outreach activities and provide regular progress updates.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to support organizational growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, customer service, fundraising, or a related field required.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.
Public speaking and presentation abilities required.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience with marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination preferred.
