  • Exercise sound clinical judgment and consult with supervising physicians as needed to ensure appropriate treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Record statistics, assist with research activities where needed, and perform other related duties as assigned.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
  • Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with patients, families, and staff.
  • Bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Demonstrate sound problem-solving abilities and a patient-first mindset.
  • Are comfortable caring for individuals across the lifespan: neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
  • Value collaborative teamwork and approach each day with professionalism, flexibility, and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a four-year physician assistant baccalaureate program plus one year of clinical training; or a two-year accredited PA program (requiring two years of prior undergraduate study) plus two years of clinical training.
  • Ongoing compliance with continuing education requirements: 100 CME hours every two years and recertification every ten years (PA) or five years (NP), per governing board requirements.
  • Accreditation through the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for Physician Assistants.
  • Competence with or willingness to learn joint injections, trigger point injections, and Botox injections.
  • Comfortable with medication management.
  • Spine care/Interventional Pain experience preferred.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
