Full-Time | $18-$22/hour | Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is a growing pain management practice serving patients throughout Omaha and the surrounding communities. Our multidisciplinary team provides advanced treatments, including radiofrequency ablation, neurostimulation, ketamine therapy, and genicular artery embolization.
We're looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys working directly with patients and wants to be part of a collaborative outpatient care team.
What You'll Be Doing
- In this role, you'll help prepare patients for their appointments and procedures while providing hands-on support to physicians and clinical staff.
- Obtain vital signs, weight, oxygen saturation, medical history, medications, and allergies
- Communicate patient concerns and relevant clinical information to providers
- Assist with office-based procedures and prepare treatment areas
- Set up procedure trays and follow appropriate sterile technique
- Collect and process specimens according to established protocols and regulatory requirements
- Assist with telephone triage and document patient communications
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and clinical documentation
- Keep medical supplies and clinical equipment properly stocked and ready for use
- Provide patients with physician-directed care instructions and education
- Follow infection control, safety, privacy, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare standards
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient care
Required
- Completion of a nursing assistant program or equivalent training
- Current BLS certification
- At least 3 years of healthcare or medical experience
- Previous EMR experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment nursing assistant skills assessment
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospital or clinical experience
- Outpatient or specialty-care experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software

You should be able to communicate effectively with patients and providers, protect patient confidentiality, recognize and report concerns, and take initiative to keep clinical areas prepared for patient care.
