As a Contact Center Representative, you'll play a key role in scheduling new patients for our affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers, handling inbound calls and following up with warm leads to educate them on treatment options.
- Answer inbound calls from prospective new patients and assess their needs
- Answer general questions regarding treatment options
- Make outbound calls to incoming leads to educate them about possible treatments
- Register and schedule new patients; send appropriate materials prior to appointments
- Reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments as needed
- Provide excellent, timely customer service
- Maintain operations by following established policies and procedures
- Help track the effectiveness of new marketing initiatives
- Contribute creative ideas to optimize marketing strategies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer interaction or customer support experience (phone or face-to-face) strongly preferred
- Previous healthcare facility and contact center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Service-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and computer systems
- Understanding of patient confidentiality requirements
- Familiarity with medical terminology and office ethics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
