Full-Time | $45-$48/hour
Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

As a Charge Nurse, you'll help lead daily clinical operations while providing hands-on care throughout the pre-operative, procedural, and recovery process. As Charge Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership while coordinating patient care and supporting efficient, safe operations across the surgical continuum.
- Coordinate daily clinical activities, including staffing and workflow coverage.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and support staff.
- Supervise support personnel and reinforce established clinical protocols.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor treatment responses, and document clinical findings.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate care team members.
- Provide nursing care during pre-operative, procedural, and recovery stages.
- Partner with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
- Support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
- Maintain facility standards, professional ethics, and evidence-based practices.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or pain management.
- Experience with Athena EHR.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- CPAN certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to maintain focus on quality care in a fast-paced environment.
