Business Development Associate
Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote/On-Site) | $70,000–$80,000/year + Competitive Bonus Incentive
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Field-based during physician office hours (approx. 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with required flexibility for early mornings, late afternoons, and occasional evening events/dinners

The Opportunity
This is a relationship-focused, field-based growth role. You will identify new referral opportunities, strengthen existing provider relationships, and execute outreach campaigns designed to increase patient volume.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Growth & Relationship Development
  • Increase patient volume through planning, management, and execution of networking and marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with key groups and community leaders to generate new patient referrals
  • Research prospective referral sources in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to successful agreements
  • Maintain relationships with current community providers while identifying new prospects within your assigned territory
  • Understand target markets, including industry, company structure, and referral strategies to attract new business
  • Promote company services to all patient referral sources
Brand Representation & Community Engagement
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring services are portrayed positively
  • Maintain professional appearance, including uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Maintain marketing event calendars and work closely with staff to coordinate event participation
Reporting & Market Feedback
  • Keep detailed records and gather consumer feedback to evaluate marketing performance
  • Present customer and client feedback to management in an actionable format
  • Report weekly on targets, goals achieved, and future plans
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field required
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, customer service, fundraising, or similar field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience in marketing project management, communications, marketing campaign development, and/or event planning preferred
  • Healthcare or physician outreach experience preferred
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of public relations and fundraising principles and strategies
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and outlets
