Full-Time | $15-$16/hour | Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5:00pm

The Opportunity
This is a non-clinical, customer service–focused role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others feel comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You’ll guide patients and visitors through the facility while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet patients and visitors and serve as their first point of contact
  • Answer basic questions and provide clear directions within the facility
  • Escort patients professionally from waiting areas to designated rooms
  • Offer reassurance, comfort, and guidance, especially in high-stress moments
